Description

ThriveNYC is a commitment by the City of New York to create a mental health system and roadmap that works for all New Yorkers, addressing everything from data collection to early education to treatment gaps. Hester Street worked with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYC DOHMH) and ThriveNYC staff in 2018 to demonstrate the impact of ThriveNYC to date through data points, mapping and the input of ThriveNYC public and private partners.

Feedback about the initiative’s priorities and action items were gathered from a variety of key stakeholders using varied, interactive methods over the course of approximately 2-3 months. This process helped the city lay out a bold, action-oriented vision for the future of the program and a plan for long-term sustainability.
