In 2019, Hester Street (HST) partnered with Manhattan Community Board 11 (CB11M) to develop a series of graphic and print materials that communicate to East Harlem community members what the community board is and does, and how they can get involved. The communications materials built off of both partners’ contributions to the East Harlem Neighborhood Plan and included a People’s Guide to the East Harlem Rezoning.
