Sarah Pritchard is a communications and development professional committed to contributing her strategic storytelling and fundraising expertise to advance intersectional movements for justice.

As the Executive Director of the Broadmoor Improvement Association in New Orleans, LA, Sarah led the neighborhood-based response to the COVID-19 pandemic and Hurricane Ida, organizing frameworks for mutual aid and community-led climate resilience.

Prior to her work with the BIA, Sarah led the communications and development strategy at SOMArts – San Francisco’s leading cultural center for contemporary art. Sarah also previously worked on the Webby Award-winning teen dating violence prevention campaign That’s Not Cool as part of her role with Futures Without Violence.

As a dancer and curator, Sarah’s work has been shown in the Bay Area, New York, and Montreal. Sarah holds a Master of Fine Arts from the California Institute for Integral Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Critical Social Thought and Spanish from Mount Holyoke College.
