Kelly is an experienced non-profit finance and operations professional with a passion for bringing order to chaos and building community along the way. She is working with Hester Street on contract management,  grant program administration, non-profit accounting (GAAP), and operations. 

Prior to this role, Kelly worked at Cinereach, a film non-profit organization focused on grantmaking for community film organizations, film projects, and individual filmmakers, administering the distribution of funds and reporting for dozens of grantees.

Kelly also previously worked at LMCC (Lower Manhattan Cultural Council) and was instrumental in opening the first Arts Center on Governors Island. In addition, she worked as a freelance production manager for film, theatre, dance, and events. Some favorite events include the New York City Marathon and the Mostly Mozart Festival. She received her BFA from SUNY Purchase in Theatre Design & Technology with a concentration in Stage Management.
