Join us on March 27th at the Essex Crossing Community Center for a critical discussion about segregation and the future of a just NYC. Community leaders will discuss the impact of systemic racism and neglect on our neighborhoods and map out what a just future could and should look like. We will also debut a short video on the history of segregation and discrimination in NYC.
The discussion will feature Hester Street partners Jagpreet Singh from Chhaya CDC, Gregory Jost from Banana Kelly Community Improvement Association and Millie Franco from the Brooklyn Center for Independence of the Disabled, and special guest Aneth Naranjo from IntegrateNYC.
