Chloe Chang is a design strategist and researcher who advocates for social justice and equity as the best outcome of any design project or process. With a background in communication and human-centered design, they work to translate complex narratives and system needs into strategies that are inclusive and sustainable for communities, teams, organizations, and cities.

Most recently, Chloe worked with the Williamsburg High School of Arts and Technology community to create more opportunities for student-led education, and conducted design research to support families in the U.S. in adapting to life with COVID-19 at home and at school. They hold a BFA in Communication Design from Pratt Institute and were a Public Access Design Fellow at the Center for Urban Pedagogy.
